Our client, a major international law firm, is seeking an Office Coordinator to handle day-to-day operations in one of their offices.
-Track and order office supplies as necessary
-Answer phones and distribute mail
-Conduct research and collect and organize data
-Heavy calendar management and travel arrangement
-Oversee the entering and processing of timesheets, expense reports, and client billing
-Create and edit documents
-Bachelor’s degree required
-Must have previous admin experience in a law firm
-Must be proficient with Microsoft Office
-Excellent typing, filing, proofreading, and organization skills
-Must have schedule flexibility
