Technical Support/Customer Service
Technical support provider located in Elmsford, NY, (Westchester County) is looking for talented and enthusiastic candidates for an upcoming temporary project beginning in April, 2018. The focus of the project is on providing excellent customer service and exceptional technical support to clients. The clients include many well-known academic publishers and educational testing services.
They will provide training on the specifics of this role, and are seeking the following:
- Quick learner, ability to pick up on things quickly
- Technologically savvy; able to understand computers well
- Excellent communication skills, both oral and written
- Empathy skills, giving customers caring and helpful support
